What does it mean to act natural? The word natural conjures up many images. In this program Dungse Jampal Norbu seeks to open the questions of what it means for each of us to find a natural sense of ease in the practice of dharma, and how that may inform each of us to discover the natural freedom within.
Dungse Jampal Namgyel, Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche's son and Dharma Heir, sees Buddhism as a practical set of skills that contribute greatly to our ability to live a full and compassionate life. His humor, insight, and experience as a modern Western person allow him to pinpoint the relevance of the Buddhist teachings within the range of life's experiences.
